Here is the first trip I took today to my local Genaurdi's/Safeway. They had some good 3 day sale items so make sure you make it there earlier in the week to fully take advantage!
I got the following:
14 cans of Green Giant Veggies $.39ea (some for a food shelter)
1 pack of Genuardi's hot dog rolls $.89
1 5lb bag of Russett potatoes $1.49
2 large bags of Tostitos tortilla chips $1.69ea
2 Hilshire Farms beef sausage links $1.99ea
1 local Sunday newspaper $1.75
1lb of American cheese $3.99
Total for this quick grab of specials = $19.94
*not bad and we'll have veggies for a few weeks
