Another $5 Amazon Gift Card From Opinion Outpost!

I just completed another survey on Opinion Outpost which brought my account balance to exactly 50 points which is enough to cash out for a $5 INSTANT amazon gift card!

**I always cash out for exactly the minimum $5 so that any remaining balance can go towards the next cash out (I find this allows to me cash out more often)
