Safeway and affiliates have Corn Flakes priced at $0.99 per box when you buy 4. Use the $1.50/2 coupons here to get them for $0.25 per box after the coupons and sale.
Also, through December 24, 2009, Safeway-affiliated stores are offering a freebie with a $20 minimum purchase. While I don't recommend going to Safeway everyday and spending $20 just so you can get the freebie, if you're already planning a trip or two there in the next two weeks, you'll definitely want to take advantage of this!
