I can't remember who emailed me about this and I am not sure if this is what you were asking for but here is what I found...

thredUp is a cool site for moms who's kids are growing at the speed of light (me).  You swap clothing and only pay shipping. At thredUP you swap more then 10 items of clothes for a flat shipping of $13. That’s like less then $1 per item! They do all the arranging and management you simply pick the clothes you want to swap.
